Who Are We?

What buyers don’t realize is that when a vendor lists a property, the agents commission is included in the listing price. This raises the property price, to cover the agent’s fees, which amount to about 3% of the total listing price. With this rate, agents can be earning up to $15,000 – $30,000 on one property sale.

By having a more realistic fee to list & sell a home, both properties (vendor & seller) are benefitting.

At our company we have a firm belief that investors aren’t getting value for their money spent. With agencies not being upfront with ongoing costs, as well as skyrocketing agent commission fees, we want to ensure our customers are well sought-after regarding their property & financial needs.

With a flat fee, we are introducing a more cost-effective way for the vendor to list their property.
